Industrial Process Chillers
Process chillers—oil, water & glycol—for plastics, pharma & CNC. PSN Chillers, Secunderabad since 1999. 2–10+ TR skids, Hyderabad & Telangana.
Custom process cooling for oil, water & glycol loops
Our industrial process chillers are engineered to your heat load, fluid chemistry, and site conditions. Whether you need closed-loop cooling for hydraulic oil, a glycol blend, or process water, each skid pairs heavy-duty refrigeration with condensers sized for your heat-rejection path and controls that hold set points through swing loads and high ambient summers.
PSN Chillers supports injection and blow moulding, lamination, laser cutting, printing presses, medical equipment, reactors, and general factory water loops across Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and wider Telangana. Share required TR or kW heat rejection, fluid type, supply and return temperatures, and indoor versus outdoor placement—we recommend circuit layout, tank volume, pump head, and the safety interlocks for your duty. Applicable refrigerant circuits use fully brazed copper piping for efficient heat transfer and long-term leak resistance.

Process Glycol Chiller
A process glycol chiller protects circuits that cannot rely on plain water—low-temperature beverage processing, brine-style loops, freeze-drying support skids, VFD and inverter cooling, and other duties where freeze protection or fluid chemistry matters. PSN selects glycol percentage, materials compatibility, and low-temperature performance so your blend stays pumpable and your heat exchangers stay reliable across the season.

Features
- Long-life Emerson Copeland compressor sized for glycol low-temperature duty when disclosed.
- Glycol concentration and wetted-material compatibility reviewed against minimum fluid temperature.
- Inner tank capacity typically 100–200 L, scaled to brine volume and turnover.
- Fully PUF-insulated reservoir to limit parasitic heat gain on sub-ambient loops.
- Extended hold-down for stable supply temperature after compressor cycles.
- Circulation pump sized for blend viscosity, design flow, and allowable pressure drop.
Applications
- Low-temperature food and beverage processing circuits
- Chilled glycol headers feeding cold rooms or air handlers (as specified)
- Freeze-dryer, lyophilizer and laboratory cold-trap support
- VFD, inverter and electrical-room closed-loop cooling
- Process chemistry circuits where plain water is unsuitable
Key benefits :
- Compact footprint for plant layout
- Stable performance under rated ambient conditions
- Low-noise design suitable for indoor installation
- Cooling capacity matched to your disclosed duty
- High energy efficiency at part and full load

Industrial Process Chillers — frequently asked questions
What is an industrial process chiller used for?
Process chillers remove heat from a closed fluid loop—hydraulic oil, water, or a glycol blend—so machines such as injection moulds, presses, CNC spindles, printing lines, and reactors stay close to a set temperature around the clock.
When should I choose an oil chiller versus water or glycol?
Oil chillers suit hydraulic and lubrication circuits and many high-temperature heat-transfer duties. Water chillers are common for moulds, lasers, and general factory water loops. Glycol blends help where freezing, corrosion, or fluid chemistry makes plain water unsuitable.
What capacity range do you build for process cooling?
Typical process skids are often quoted from about 2 TR upward, scaling beyond 10 TR depending on load. PSN Chillers matches compressor, heat exchanger, tank volume, and pump head to the TR, flow, and temperatures you disclose.
What information do you need to size a process chiller?
Share required tonnage or heat load, fluid type, target and return temperatures, flow where known, indoor versus outdoor placement, available utilities (including phase count), ambient conditions, and whether you prefer air-cooled or water-cooled heat rejection.
Can process chillers be air-cooled or water-cooled?
Yes. Condenser type is selected from your layout, ambient profile, and whether reliable cooling water or a tower circuit is available. Both approaches are offered for suitable duties.
Where does PSN Chillers supply and support process chillers?
PSN Chillers is based in Secunderabad and routinely supports process cooling projects across Hyderabad and Telangana. Pan-India supply and support can be discussed for qualified projects.
Do you build mould-temperature and hydraulic oil chillers for plastics plants?
Yes. Oil chillers are widely used on injection and blow moulding lines for hydraulic packs and hot-runner temperature control, while water chillers often serve mould circuits and auxiliary equipment. We size flow, ΔT, and tank volume from your machine list and set-point requirements.
Can you integrate alarms, remote signals, or BMS handshakes on a process chiller?
Control philosophy—including fault annunciation, remote status, and interlocks with your plant—is discussed during engineering. Options vary by project; share your I/O list or preferred PLC/relay logic when you request a quote.
